Our annual general meeting, where we all get together to celebrate our achievements in the last year, and elect officers for the next year.
Alongside the admin, we will share some food, drink and conversation, and hear about Newham’s Cycling Heritage from the wonderful Frames of Mind team.

Where: Heronry Room, Aston Mansfield Community Centre, Manor Park

Elections
At this meeting we will be electing the Newham Cyclists committee for the next year.
We are always looking for new volunteers to join our committee to help run Newham Cyclists, particularly as some of our volunteers hope to step back. If you are interested in becoming more closely involved, please contact us at newham@lcc.org.uk for more information about the roles.
The following committee roles will be up for election:
- Co-ordinator (currently Jonathan Rothwell)
- Deputy Co-ordinator (currently Karen Flanagan)
- Treasurer (currently Bill Bremner)
- Deputy Treasurer (currently vacant)
- Secretary (currently vacant and fulfilled by the Co-ordinators)
- Rides Co-ordinator (currently Steve Smith)
- Infrastructure Representative (currently Chris Kershaw)
You need to be a current member of the London Cycling Campaign to stand for election and to vote. Please be prepared to provide evidence of your active LCC membership.
The Annual General Meeting and elections will be held in accordance with our constitution, as adopted in 2016.
